Delivery Policy
NashWorks Productions, Inc. - Software Licence / Delivery Policy
THIS DELIVERY POLICY is made at the time of purchase of a NashWorks product and/or custom order.
BETWEEN:-
(1) NashWorks, a company incorporated in U.S.A. whose registered offices are at New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA (Licensor) ; and
(2) You the client Purchaser (Licensee).
THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:-
NashWorks delivers the product(s) via installation only. It normally takes 5 to 12 hours before NashWorks delivers the initial licence however, this may be delayed up to 36 hours for anti-fraud purposes. If the delivery is delayed NashWorks will contact you and inform you of the reason of being delayed and will provide you with an expected time frame.
If it's more than 24 hours you have paid and NashWorks has not been in touch, there might be an error with our internal system and NashWorks might have received your payment but not the order so please get in touch with NashWorks via skype to 'nashauction' for an immediate resolution.
If you have ordered a custom project, NashWorks will inform you about the delivery date. The delivery dates are usually "expected" and not guaranteed unless NashWorks has specifically agreed for a deadline prior to making a purchase and payment.
